Job Summary

RRV Royal Tour & Travels is looking for a smart, confident, and customer-focused Tele caller to join our dynamic travel team. The ideal candidate will communicate with customers, promote tour and travel services, generate leads, and support booking conversions through effective follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to potential customers and travel inquiries.

* Explain tour packages, visa assistance, and travel services clearly.

* Handle incoming calls and customer queries professionally.

* Follow up with interested clients and maintain daily call records.

* Convert inquiries into bookings through effective communication.

* Update customer database and maintain proper follow-up tracking.





* Coordinate with the sales and operations team.

Requirements

* Minimum 1 year Tele calling / Customer Support experience preferred.

* Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.

* Valuable communication skills in Tamil & English (Hindi is an advantage).

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
