Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive to manage and execute day-to-day marketplace operations across key platforms. The role focuses on ensuring listing accuracy, operational efficiency, and seamless coordination to maintain a strong online presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage product listings across marketplaces such as Myntra, Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, AJIO, Tata Cliq, etc.
- Ensure 100% listing hygiene (accurate content, images, attributes, pricing, and categorization)
- Update pricing, discounts, and promotional activities in a timely manner
- Monitor and resolve marketplace queries, tickets, and claims within defined SLAs
- Handle customer escalations and ensure quick resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams for catalogue, inventory, and issue resolution
- Track listing issues, suppressed SKUs, and fix errors proactively
- Maintain data accuracy across platforms and internal trackers
- Identify basic performance gaps (visibility, stock issues, listing errors)

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce/marketplace operations (fashion experience preferred)
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, Flipkart, AJIO, etc.
- Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- High attention to detail and strong execution capability
- Ability to identify issues and resolve them independently
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Basic analytical mindset with problem-solving ability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
