- Study and review construction drawings and specifications to ensure correct execution on site.
- Raise RFIs for design clarifications, discrepancies, or site-related issues.
- Supervise civil, structural, interior, and finishes activities, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors for design and execution alignment.
- Verify quality of materials and workmanship, raising corrective actions when required.
- Assist in tracking long-lead items and monitor timely delivery to site.
- Support the Project Manager in ensuring manpower, equipment, and resources are deployed by contractors.
- Conduct site meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
- Assist in measurement verification and inputs for bill checking.
- Prepare daily progress reports and contribute to weekly reports.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 5–8 years of experience in execution and supervision of residential, interior finishes projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, drawing interpretation, and finishing works.
- Experience in RFIs, site meetings, and preparing MoMs.
- Proficiency in MS Office and site documentation tools.
