- Promote and generate gold loan business. Kannada Must, mimimum 6 month experience
- Evaluate and verify gold ornaments for purity and authenticity.
- Process gold loan applications accurately and efficiently.
- Complete KYC and other regulatory documentation.
- Explain loan terms, interest rates, repayment options, and bank policies to customers.
- Maintain accurate loan records and documentation.
- Ensure safe handling and secure storage of pledged gold.
- Monitor loan repayments and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Cross-sell other banking products such as savings accounts, insurance, and fixed deposits.
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and internal bank policies.
- Resolve customer queries and provide skilled service.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,500.00 per month
