We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and energetic Social Media & Sales Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves creating content, engaging with an online community, and converting digital engagement into real-world sales. You will be the face and voice of our brand across various social platforms, helping us grow our digital footprint and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Presentation: Brainstorm, shoot, and edit engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and static posts. Act as the on-screen talent/host for brand videos, product showcases, and live sessions.

Community Management: Respond to direct messages (DMs), comments, and inquiries in a timely, engaging, and professional manner to build solid customer relationships.

Sales & Lead Generation: Actively convert social media inquiries into sales leads. Direct interested followers through the sales funnel via chat, email, or follow-up calls.

Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing social media marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.

Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion rates) and provide weekly insights to optimize future content and sales strategies.





Requirements & Qualifications

Preferred Demographics: candidates preferred (ideal for brands focusing on women's lifestyle, fashion, beauty, or community-specific products).

Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

Highly confident and articulate on camera.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with video editing tools (e.g., VN Editor, CapCut, Canva) and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).

Traits: Results-oriented mindset with a natural knack for persuasion and sales. Ability to work independently and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table.
