Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the organization's day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, improving productivity, managing cross-functional teams, and driving continuous process improvements while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and supervise daily business operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, systems, and procedures.
- Coordinate with Production, Sales, Procurement, HR, Finance, and other departments to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor operational performance, productivity, and quality standards, taking corrective actions when required.
- Manage operational budgets, resource allocation, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Analyze operational data, prepare MIS reports, and present performance updates to senior management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate departmental teams to ensure high performance and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies,



statutory regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Resolve operational challenges promptly while maintaining customer satisfaction and business continuity.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
