Role Overview

We are looking for a multi-talented Content Creator & Social Media Executive who can ideate, create, and execute engaging content. This role blends content creation, scripting, social media management, and on-camera presence.

If you are also an influencer with a strong following, that’s a big advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Ideation

- Generate creative content ideas for reels, ads, and brand campaigns
- Write engaging scripts, captions, and hooks
- Stay updated with trends and viral formats

Social Media Management (SMM)

- Manage Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
- Plan and schedule posts consistently
- Handle DMs, comments, and audience engagement
- Track performance and optimize content strategy

Shoot Planning & Execution

- Plan and coordinate shoots (locations, props, concepts)
- Assist in directing and executing content shoots
- Work closely with editors and creative team

On-Camera Presence

- Act in videos, reels, and ads when required




- Be comfortable facing the camera with confidence and expression

Influencer Collaboration (Bonus)

- If you are an influencer, leverage your audience for collaborations
- Participate in brand promotions and personal branding

Requirements

- Strong creativity and understanding of social media trends
- Basic scriptwriting and storytelling skills
- Comfortable with Instagram, YouTube, and short-form content
- Confident on camera (important)
- Valuable communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Bonus:

- Existing social media following
- Experience in content creation or acting
- Basic knowledge of video production/editing
