Job Description

To drive the visual and conceptual positioning of property portfolios. They merge architectural aesthetics with strategic branding to create compelling marketing campaigns that attract buyers, investors, and tenants.

- Brand & Portfolio Vision: Define and maintain cohesive brand guidelines across all property developments, ensuring visual consistency and distinct market positioning.
- Campaign & Content Creation: Conceive high-impact marketing campaigns for project launches, incorporating digital media, print collateral, 3D renderings, and virtual walkthroughs.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor an in-house team of designers, copywriters, and multimedia specialists,



plus oversee external agencies or vendors.
- Experiential Marketing: Design the aesthetic narrative for physical sales galleries, model units, and customer touchpoints to deliver an immersive buyer experience
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with architects, interior designers, and the sales team to translate blueprints and property concepts into compelling sales narratives.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
