Job Description:

Engineers with the following skills and experiences related to Real Estate Industry.

B.E / M.E in Civil Structural Engineering, having 8-12 years of work experience.

Should have qualified from a reputed institute.

Should have experience in quality checking.

Should have proficiency in the usage of Staad.Pro, Mat 3D / Foundation 3D.

Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.

Managing the interface between inter-disciplines.

Valuable knowledge in interpreting Geotechnical Reports

Good working knowledge of American, British, European & Indian design standards.

Experience in proposal estimation and standard guidelines of MTO/BOQ preparation.

Design and detailed engineering experience of Steel Structures, Pipe Rack / Pipe bridges, Equipment supporting structures, Operating platform structures, and Pipe Supports.





Should have design proficiency of structures like control buildings, substation buildings, and equipment/storage shelters.

Should have design proficiency in civil structures (Shallow and deep / Pile foundations, Concrete steel structural analysis and design).

Should have experience in Connection designs and review of fabrication drawings.

Knowledge of underground utility structures like Culverts, Trenches, Pits.

Knowledge of site grading drawings, road & paving layouts, drainage layouts etc.

Knowledge of Design basis document, MR for Topographical Survey & Geotechnical Investigations.
