Location: KINS Hospital, Siliguri
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month (Based on experience)

Shift
- Rotational Shifts
- Duty as per hospital roster
- Weekly Off as per hospital policy
Key Responsibilities
- Handle cashless hospitalization approvals from TPA and insurance companies.
- Coordinate with insurance coordinators, corporate clients, and treating consultants.
- Verify patient eligibility and policy coverage.
- Prepare and submit pre-authorization, enhancement, discharge, and final claim documents.
- Follow up on pending approvals and claim settlements.
- Ensure complete documentation for insurance and government health schemes.
- Coordinate with Billing, MRD, Nursing, and Clinical departments for timely claim processing.
- Maintain records of approvals, rejections, and outstanding claims.
- Resolve patient and insurance-related queries professionally.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (Hospital Administration preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Hospital TPA/Insurance Desk.
- Fresh candidates with no Experience, Do not Apply.
- Knowledge of cashless claim processing, IHX,
TPA portals, Swasthya Sathi, Ayushman Bharat documentation will be preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospital information systems is desirable.
