- Diploma or certificate in CSSD Technology, Sterilization Technology, or Operation Theatre Technology.
- 1–3 years of CSSD experience preferred.
- Knowledge of infection prevention and sterilization protocols.
- Experience with autoclaves and instrument reprocessing.
- Understanding of standards such as NABH requirements (in India) or equivalent healthcare standards.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
