Job Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media and brand-building strategies.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan content calendars and create engaging content ideas.
- Drive organic growth using Instagram trends, Reels, and algorithm knowledge.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and creators.
- Manage influencer collaborations and community engagement.
- Track performance, analyze insights, and optimize content.
- Support product launches while maintaining consistent brand identity.

Requirements

- 4–6 years of experience in Social Media Management or Brand Marketing.
- Experience with D2C, e-commerce, fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brands.
- Robust content creation, storytelling, and brand-building skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram algorithms, Meta Business Suite,



and analytics.
- Experience with influencer marketing, Shopify, and Meta Ads.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
- Experience with international brands is a plus.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
