Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly responsible Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance activities in our hospital. The ideal candidate should have robust technical, electrical and mechanical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage the maintenance department and team.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for hospital equipment and infrastructure.
- Ensure all electrical, plumbing, HVAC, biomedical, and facility systems are functioning smoothly.
- Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and service providers for repairs and AMC activities.
- Maintain maintenance logs, documentation, and compliance records.
- Ensure safety standards and regulatory guidelines are followed.
- Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies and breakdowns.




- Plan and execute periodic inspections of the hospital premises.
- Report to management on maintenance operations and improvement plans.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management (hospital experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and facility management systems.
- Ability to lead a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
