Jalsa Ventures Private Limited is hiring a Property Sales Executive to support the expansion of its preschool and education franchise network. The ideal candidate should have experience in commercial property sourcing, real estate sales, or leasing and possess solid negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source commercial properties for preschool and education center setups.
- Coordinate with property owners, brokers, and real estate agents.
- Arrange and facilitate property visits for franchise partners.
- Negotiate rental terms and assist in lease agreement finalization.
- Build and maintain a strong network of property owners and brokers.
- Maintain an updated database of commercial properties.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely property closures.
- Travel locally for property inspections and client meetings when required.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate, Property Sales, or Commercial Leasing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Ability to build strong client and broker relationships.
- MS Excel and MS Office knowledge is preferred.
