Assess, diagnose, and manage critically ill patients admitted to the ICU.
· Perform daily clinical rounds and formulate evidence-based treatment plans.
· Monitor hemodynamic status, ventilator settings, laboratory investigations, and patient progress.
· Manage medical emergencies, including cardiac arrest, sepsis, respiratory failure, and shock.
· Participate in rapid response, Code Blue, and emergency response teams.
· Coordinate ICU admissions, transfers, and discharge planning.
Qualification : MBBS+MD-Anaesthesia/Gen Medicine/IDCCM.
