Role Overview

We are seeking a highly accomplished Salesforce Solution Architect with deep technical expertise, strong business acumen, and proven experience in pre-sales and proposal solutioning. This role is critical in translating complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions while shaping technical direction and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of Salesforce experience, including 5+ years in an architect role, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to lead solution design from concept through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

Own end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, and Platform capabilities
Design secure, scalable,



and resilient multi-cloud Salesforce solutions aligned to enterprise architecture standards
Define integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, event-driven architectures, and data migration strategies
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, performance optimization, and governance models

Proposal & Pre-Sales Leadership

Lead technical solutioning for RFPs, RFIs, and proposals, collaborating closely with sales and delivery leadership
Create high-impact solution narratives, architecture diagrams, effort estimates, and risk mitigation strategies
Participate in client presentations, technical workshops, and solution walkthroughs as a trusted advisor
Evaluate feasibility, complexity, and cost while balancing innovation with delivery practicality

Stakeholder & Communication Excellence

Engage senior client stakeholders to understand strategic business needs and translate them into technical solutions
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Act as the primary technical escalation point during solution design and delivery phases

Technical & Delivery Leadership

Guide development teams through architecture decisions, design reviews, and implementation best practices
Perform solution governance, code quality reviews, and architectural validations
Mentor architects, developers, and technical leads across projects
Support continuous improvement through reusable frameworks, accelerators, and reference architectures
Required Experience & Skills

Salesforce Expertise

10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with 5+ years as a Solution/Technical Architect
Solid expertise across Salesforce clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud Platform (Apex, LWC, Flows, DevOps)
Deep understanding of Salesforce security, data model design, sharing, and compliance

Architecture & Integration

Proven experience designing enterprise-scale Salesforce architectures
Strong integration experience using APIs, middleware (MuleSoft preferred), and external systems
Expertise in data migration,



large data volumes, and performance tuning

Pre-Sales & Proposal Experience

Demonstrated success in proposal solutioning and technical pre-sales activities
Ability to create compelling solution artifacts and influence win strategies
Strong estimation, scoping, and risk assessment skills

Communication & Leadership

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Executive presence with the ability to influence technical and business decision-makers
Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration abilities
Certifications (Preferred)
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or progress toward CTA
Salesforce Certified Application Architect / System Architect
Salesforce Cloud Consultant certifications
