About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, material movement, and team coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse processes, maintaining inventory accuracy, supervising warehouse staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

The role requires strong leadership skills, operational planning, and the ability to manage warehouse activities in a fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations Management

- Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory movement.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Monitor warehouse processes to ensure operational efficiency and productivity.
- Implement and maintain warehouse policies and procedures.

Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and physical inventory verification.
- Monitor stock movements and coordinate replenishment requirements.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

Team Supervision

- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff and helpers.
- Allocate tasks and monitor employee performance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Foster a productive and disciplined work environment.

Logistics & Dispatch Coordination

- Coordinate inward and outward material movement.
- Ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
- Maintain dispatch documentation, gate passes, and delivery records.
- Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal departments.

Safety & Compliance





- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and warehouse standards.
- Monitor equipment usage and report maintenance requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.
- Implement best practices for material handling and storage.

Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.
- Maintain inventory records, stock registers, and operational documentation.
- Track warehouse KPIs including stock accuracy, dispatch timelines, and material utilization.
- Generate reports using Excel and inventory management systems.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
