Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sr. E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online marketplace business. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Amazon and Flipkart account management, strong communication skills, and a positive understanding of e-commerce operations, sales optimization, and marketplace performance management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end operations of Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings to improve visibility and conversions.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure stock availability.
- Execute promotional campaigns, deals, and marketplace marketing activities.
- Track sales performance, marketplace KPIs, and prepare regular reports.
- Handle account health, performance metrics, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with marketplace support teams for issue resolution and account-related queries.
- Manage pricing,



catalog updates, and competitor analysis.
- Process and monitor orders, returns, refunds, and customer feedback.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales, improve rankings, and enhance marketplace presence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Amazon and Flipkart account management.
- Robust understanding of e-commerce marketplace operations.
- Experience in product listing, catalog management, and inventory coordination.
- Knowledge of marketplace advertising and promotional tools will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Hands-on experience managing high-volume marketplace accounts.
- Familiarity with account health management and performance optimization.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on sales growth and operational excellence.

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
