Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging with potential customers, and closing sales effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert them into sales

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

Explain products/services clearly and address customer queries

Maintain valuable relationships with customers

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Update customer details and interactions in the system

Skills Required:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic sales and negotiation skills

Ability to convince and handle objections

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Basic computer knowledge

Qualifications:

Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any field
