About the Role

Carrybell Commercial Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a detail-oriented Finance Executive to handle day-to-day accounting, tax compliance, and financial tracking at our Patrapada office in Bhubaneswar.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts and daily ledger entries using Tally Prime / ERP.
- Handle Accounts Receivable (invoicing, tracking, follow-ups) and Accounts Payable (vendor invoice verification, payment processing).
- Perform daily and monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Assist with monthly/quarterly tax filings, including GST and TDS/TCS calculation and compliance.
- Manage petty cash logs, verify expense vouchers, and maintain record backups.
- Prepare basic financial reports (Cash Flow, P&L;) and support external auditors during annual audits.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com)



or MBA in Finance.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in accounting or finance operations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
- Tax Knowledge: Working knowledge of GST filings, TDS deduction rates, and statutory guidelines.
- Local candidates residing near or able to commute to Patrapada, Bhubaneswar preferred.
