We are looking for a passionate Technical Trainer who can mentor and inspire college students while delivering industry-relevant programming and software development training.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Trainer with strong expertise in Java, Python, C, and C++ to train and mentor college students. The ideal candidate should have excellent technical knowledge, robust communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex programming concepts through practical, hands-on learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom and online technical training sessions for college students.
- Train students in Java, Python, C, C++, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA).
- Develop lesson plans, presentations, coding exercises, assignments,
and assessments.
- Conduct coding labs, mock interviews, and technical workshops.
- Guide students in solving programming challenges and improving problem-solving skills.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest programming trends and industry practices.
- Collaborate with academic and placement teams to ensure students are industry-ready.
- Encourage students to build real-world projects and strengthen their coding skills.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Trainer, Software Developer.
- Prior experience in training engineering or college students is highly preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
