Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic F&B; Service Associate to provide exceptional dining experiences by delivering prompt, courteous, and professional service. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, explain food and beverage offerings, and recommend menu items.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen/bar team.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining service standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing requests and resolving concerns promptly.
- Set up and clear tables before and after service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, service stations, and equipment.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service operations.
- Handle billing and payment processes accurately, if required.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company service standards at all times.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass or equivalent.




- 1–3 years of experience in restaurants, cafés, hotels, lounges, or hospitality establishments preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service-oriented with a pleasant personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
