We are looking for an energetic and technically skilled Sales Engineer to expand our business and build strong customer relationships in Bangalore and surrounding regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial and manufacturing sectors
- Promote and sell RL Technologies’ instrumentation products and solutions
- Meet clients to understand technical requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate pricing
- Follow up on customer inquiries and convert leads into sales
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing clients
- Coordinate with internal technical and production teams for smooth execution
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering
- 1–5 years of experience in technical sales (Instrumentation/Industrial products preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Technical understanding of industrial instrumentation products
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
