About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our medical coding and billing (RCM) operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare recruitment and an excellent understanding of RCM processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full recruitment cycle for medical coding, billing, and AR roles
- Source and screen candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals)
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with team leads and hiring managers
- Handle offer negotiation, onboarding, and documentation
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures
- Work closely with leadership to forecast staffing needs and hiring plans




- Maintain recruitment dashboards and reports

Requirements:

- 0.6–2 years of experience in healthcare/RCM recruitment
- Strong understanding of medical coding, billing, and AR processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Proactive, organized, and results-driven
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
