Job Title: Project Manager – HVAC (Chillers)

Location: Mumbai
Experience: 12+ Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – HVAC with a strong background in Chiller-based projects. The candidate should have extensive hands-on experience in installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems, along with end-to-end project management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end execution of HVAC (Chiller) projects
- Manage installation, testing, and commissioning (ITC) of chiller systems
- Plan, monitor, and control project timelines,



budgets, and resources
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and project specifications
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates
- Handle risk management, issue resolution, and project escalation
- Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors, and execution partners
- Ensure successful project closure and client satisfaction

Required Skills & Experience:

- 12+ years of experience in HVAC industry (Chillers mandatory)
- Strong hands-on experience in installation, testing, and commissioning of chillers
- Proven experience in project execution and project management of HVAC projects
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and large-scale projects
- Strong team management and client coordination skills
- Positive understanding of HVAC systems, design basics, and project lifecycle

Preferred:

- Experience in large infrastructure / industrial / data center projects
- PMP/Project Management certification (added advantage)

Other Requirements:

- Willingness to travel/relocate based on project requirements
