We are looking for an experienced Global Visa Team Lead – B2C to join our Mangalore branch. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in visa sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive team performance while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the B2C visa sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide suitable visa solutions based on their travel needs.
- Counsel clients on visa services, documentation requirements, and application procedures.
- Convert leads into successful sales through effective follow-ups and customer engagement.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure sales targets are achieved.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth processing of visa applications after sales closure.




- Prepare and review sales reports and identify opportunities to improve conversions.
- Stay updated on global visa regulations, destination requirements, and market trends.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in B2C visa sales or immigration sales.
- Prior experience in leading a sales team is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of visa services for countries such as USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Schengen, UAE, and other major destinations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and lead a target-driven team.
- Robust leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
