Role Summary

The HR Manager will be responsible for leading the complete Human Resource function, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR compliance, payroll coordination, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to support the company's rapid expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end recruitment across academic, corporate, sales, IT, and operations departments.

Develop effective hiring strategies to attract top talent.

Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding.

Employee Management

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution.

Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.

Performance Management

Design and implement KPI-based performance appraisal systems.

Monitor employee performance and recommend development plans.

Coordinate probation reviews and confirmation processes.

HR Operations

Develop and implement HR policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.

Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations.

Prepare HR reports and management dashboards.

Learning & Development





Identify training needs across departments.

Coordinate internal and external training programs.

Support leadership development and succession planning.

Culture & Compliance

Promote a positive work environment and organizational culture.

Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical standards.

Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

MBA in Human Resource Management (HR) from a recognized institution.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.

Experience in Education, EdTech, Healthcare, Hospital, or Startup environments will be preferred.

Required Skills

Strong recruitment and talent acquisition expertise.

Knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR compliance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Leadership and team management abilities.

Experience with HRMS and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
