About the Role
Conserve Solutions is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern Cum Job to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides valuable hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, onboarding, and employee engagement.
Duration: 3–6 Months
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires.
- Maintain HR records and documentation.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives.
- Support day-to-day HR operations.
Eligibility
- Any graduate can apply.
- Management/HR graduates are preferred.
- Final-year students are also encouraged to apply.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office MS excel and MS Powerpoint
- Passionate about building a career in Human Resources.
