About the Role

Tunnel Vision Retail Private Limited is a fast-growing, founder-led direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand. We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Logistics Operations Executive to keep our day-to-day shipping and fulfilment running smoothly making sure every order goes out on time and reaches the customer reliably. This is a hands-on, ground-level role with real ownership, ideal for a fresher who's excellent with numbers and wants to learn how a modern D2C operation actually works.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and dispatch daily online orders accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with courier and 3PL partners (e.g., Delhivery, Shiprocket, Fship,Blue Dart) for pickups, deliveries, and escalations.
- Track shipments end-to-end and proactively follow up on delays, NDRs (non-delivery reports), and stuck shipments.
- Manage returns, RTOs (return-to-origin), and exchanges, and keep them reconciled.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and dispatches in Google Sheets.
- Reconcile COD remittances and courier/shipping invoices, and flag any discrepancies.
- Prepare daily and weekly operations reports — orders shipped, delivery TAT, RTO %, and other key numbers.
- Coordinate with the packing/warehouse team to ensure stock availability and correct, on-brand packaging.
- Support the customer-experience team on delivery-related queries.
- Suggest small process improvements to reduce shipping costs and delivery times.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any stream
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel ,comfortable with formulas,



Vlookup, pivot tables, filters, conditional formatting, and cleaning up data.
- Strong with numbers and confident with data accuracy and reconciliation.
- Detail-oriented and organised, able to juggle many orders and tasks at once.
- Good communication and follow-up skills, both with external partners and internal teams.
- A proactive, ownership mindset and the willingness to learn fast in a startup environment.
- Exposure to D2C / e-commerce shipping and operations through an internship, project, or your own venture.
- Familiarity with shipping aggregators (Shiprocket, Delhivery, Pickrr, etc.) or marketplace operations.
- Working knowledge of e-commerce or order-management tools (e.g., Shopify)

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
