We are hiring Talent Acquisition Executive

Location : Tirupur

- Assist the Managing Director in recruitment-related activities.
- Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews.
- Source and screen candidates based on hiring requirements.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate with internal departments for recruitment updates.
- Prepare reports and provide direct updates to the Managing Director.
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

- Qualification: MBA
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
