Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Engineer to support, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot the organization's network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure the secure, reliable, and effective operation of network systems while assisting in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of network solutions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Monitor, maintain, and optimize the organization's network infrastructure.
- Install, configure, and support network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity and performance issues promptly.
- Monitor network availability, performance, and security to ensure maximum uptime.
- Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and other network services.
- Provide technical support for network-related issues to internal users.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams, vendors, ISPs, and external support partners.
- Perform routine maintenance, software updates, and preventive health checks.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, IP addressing, diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
- Implement and support network security measures, access controls, and organizational security policies.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when necessary.
- Assist in network upgrades, migrations, infrastructure enhancements, and IT projects.
- Stay updated with the latest networking technologies, tools, and industry best practices.





Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Networking, or a related field.
- CCNA or equivalent networking certification is an added advantage.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and protocols.
- Knowledge of LAN, WAN, VLAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi technologies.
- Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls, and networking equipment.
- Basic knowledge of network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Willingness to learn emerging technologies and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills

- Understanding of network security concepts and best practices.
- Experience with firewall configuration and network access management.
- Exposure to network monitoring and performance management tools.
- Basic knowledge of cloud networking and virtualization technologies.
- Hands-on experience with networking solutions from vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, HPE, Juniper, Sophos, or similar platforms will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kozhikode, Kerala
