Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Maintenance Incharge / Facility Executive to oversee the maintenance and smooth operation of hospital infrastructure, utilities, and equipment. The ideal candidate should have experience in facility management, preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, and statutory compliance, preferably in a hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of hospital facilities and infrastructure.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG sets, elevators, medical gas pipeline systems (MGPS), and other utilities.
- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for AMC and maintenance work.
- Monitor utility consumption and ensure cost-effective facility operations.




- Ensure compliance with safety standards, fire safety regulations, NABH requirements, and statutory guidelines.
- Supervise the maintenance team and allocate daily tasks.
- Maintain maintenance records, equipment logs, and service documentation.
- Coordinate with department heads to resolve maintenance-related issues promptly.

Qualifications

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in facility management or maintenance, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setup.
