Position: HSSE Manager

Location: Indore

Experience Required: 2–5 years

Qualification & Certifications:

· Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Fire & Safety Engineering

· HSE Certification (mandatory)

· Fire & Safety certification (mandatory)

Mandatory Requirement:

· Must have own vehicle

· Willingness to travel within assigned territory

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Plan and conduct visits to Retail Outlets (ROs) with prior intimation, ensuring Dealer/Manager/Operator availability.

· Carry out inspections and discuss observations with Dealer/Staff after the visit.

· Explain compliance requirements and their importance to Dealers/Staff within their scope of responsibility.

· Ensure completion of ERDMP compliance reports during site visits if found incomplete.





· Deliver on-site training to staff as per HSSE guidelines.

· Understand and communicate regulations related to ERDMP and CPCB to RO staff.

Identify and immediately rectify any critical safety concerns compromising operational safety, while informing the concerned officer via call and documenting in the report (e.g., unsafe storage in electrical rooms, unsafe use of cell phones during decantation, lack of bonding during decantation, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
