Role Overview

As a Business Growth Specialist / Trainee, you will play a critical role in driving SmartED’s growth by identifying opportunities, engaging potential customers, managing leads, and working closely with marketing and growth teams to convert prospects into long-term partners.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop strategic relationships with potential customers
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through direct and indirect prospecting
- Monitor and analyze pipeline performance to optimize outcomes




- Maintain consistent follow-ups and conduct regular feedback calls
- Design and execute effective lead engagement strategies
- Develop in-depth understanding of SmartED offerings and updates
- Ensure efficient lead utilization with low turnaround time (TAT)
- Prepare customized client proposals and negotiate to close deals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with growth and marketing teams

Compensation & Internship Details

Internship Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: Rs. 17,000 per month + Uncapped performance-based incentives

Post Full-Time Conversion: Rs. 4 – 8 LPA + performance incentives

Skills Preferred

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English preferred)
- Strong persuasion and negotiation capabilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to handle performance pressure
- Quick learner with strong attention to detail

Graduates and post-graduates from any discipline are eligible to apply.
