Job Responsibilities

- Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business goals and client needs.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise applications, including design, development, deployment, and maintenance.
- Oversee software development teams, ensuring delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
- Collaborate with product management, operations, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC, etc.).
- Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, automation, cloud, analytics) and drive adoption where relevant.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards for technology delivery.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations for applications and platforms.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to cross-functional teams.
Drive cost optimization in technology operations without compromising performance.





Requirements and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in application development and technology leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in enterprise application design, SaaS platforms, cloud solutions (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Solid background in architecture, databases, API integrations, and cybersecurity practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage large-scale technology projects.
- Knowledge of legal tech, billing systems, or compliance platforms is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
