A Retail Sales Executive in our jewelry showroom is the primary point of contact for customers. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, understanding buyer needs, and driving sales of jewelry.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement: Welcome walk-in customers warmly, understand their preferences, and guide them through product collections.
- Sales Counter Management: Demonstrate excellent product knowledge to close sales.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain an immaculate display counter, ensure daily cleaning of jewelry pieces, and assist in morning stock arrangement.
- Stock Security & Counting: Participate in mandatory daily morning and evening stock counting of high-value items to ensure zero inventory shortage.

Requirements & Skills

- Gender: Female/male candidate preferred
- Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (10+2) or Graduate in any stream.
- Experience:



1 to 3 years of experience in retail sales (experience in jewellery, luxury retail, or high-end apparel is a major advantage; freshers with great communication skills are welcome).
- Languages: Fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi is essential to communicate effectively with diverse walk-in clients.
- Traits: Presentable appearance, pleasant personality, robust persuasive skills, and absolute honesty.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kandivali, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
