- Coordinate with various departments of the principal company (Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Finance, Technical, etc.) for smooth procurement.
- Prepare, review, and process purchase orders.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- Handle large BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
- Maintain optimum inventory levels and minimize stock shortages.
- Monitor stock movement, slow-moving inventory, and reorder levels.
- Follow up continuously with suppliers for order confirmations, dispatches, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure material availability as per customer commitments.
- Resolve supply issues and expedite urgent requirements.
- Maintain accurate purchase records, MIS reports, and documentation.
- Track pending orders and ensure timely closure.
- Support management with procurement planning and cost optimization.

Pay: ₹15,854.46 - ₹34,334.28 per month
