- Handle parcel booking and shipment entry in the system.
- Verify shipment details including sender and receiver information.
- Generate and paste shipment labels/stickers on parcels.
- Perform shipment scanning and tracking updates.
- Assist in parcel sorting, dispatch, and operational activities.
- Maintain daily booking and dispatch records.
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery staff for smooth shipment movement.
- Ensure proper packaging and safe handling of parcels.
- Resolve basic operational and booking-related issues.
