Project Role : Quality Engineer
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves coordinating with diverse teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions across the application lifecycle. This includes overseeing security, application programming interface, and regression testing activities. The position also involves developing and executing automation strategies, creating automated test scripts, and managing data and setting configurations. - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to define and implement testing frameworks that align with project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on quality objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks and tools related to Selenium.
- Experience in designing and maintaining test automation suites for web applications.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues within automated test environments.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance best practices.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
