As a travel expert, you will be responsible for planning and booking travel arrangements for our clients, ensuring that their travel experience is enjoyable and hassle-free.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and book travel arrangements for clients, including flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and activities.

2. Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients based on their preferences and needs.

3. Negotiate with travel suppliers to ensure the best possible rates and deals for clients.

4. Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of bookings and payments.

5. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelors degree in travel and tourism or any Bachelors degree from a recognized university.

2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a travel expert or similar role.

3. Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
