We are hiring a Site Supervisor with a Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering to oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure the smooth execution of construction activities. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring smooth communication and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and monitor on-site civil works as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and project teams to maintain workflow.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations on-site.
- Track material usage and manage resources efficiently.
- Maintain daily work reports and provide progress updates to the Project Manager.
- Resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks as per project schedule.

Skills & Qualification Required

- Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering.




- 0–3 years of experience in construction supervision (freshers with strong basics may also apply).
- Basic knowledge of civil drawings, measurements, and site execution practices.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and team coordination abilities.

Location: Any where in Kerala

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
