Department: Skills Development / Business Development

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer to drive partnerships, project acquisition, and execution support for our skilling initiatives across Karnataka. The role focuses on emerging domains like Cybersecurity, GIS, EV Technologies, Wind Energy, Digital Marketing, Solar, and BESS, involving solid collaboration with industry, government, and CSR stakeholders.

Job Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Experience Level: 2-5 Years

Required Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- Proven experience in business development or project acquisition, preferably in the skill development, education, or renewable energy sectors.
- Familiarity with government tenders, CSR partnerships, and NSDC/SSC projects is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Project Acquisition

- Identify and pursue skilling project opportunities with government, CSR bodies, PSUs, and corporates.
- Prepare proposals, EoIs, and project presentations.
- Build partnerships with OEMs, sector skill councils, and technology providers.

2. Stakeholder Management & Networking

- Liaise with government agencies,



CSR partners, and industry associations.
- Represent the organization at key events and conferences.

3. Stakeholder Management & Networking

- Support project scoping, budgeting, and proposal preparation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align project requirements with delivery capabilities.

4. Market Intelligence & Strategy

- Research trends in renewable energy, EV, and digital domains.
- Track competitor activity, policy shifts, and funding opportunities.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Strong understanding of the government skilling ecosystem and CSR frameworks.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
