Position: AM/Manager - SAP Hana (SAP B1 Implementation)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead full-cycle SAP B1 implementations using Accelerated SAP (ASAP) or similar methodologies.

2. Ability to review and audit configuration of different modules: Financials, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Production, MRP, and Service.

3. Conduct “As-Is” business process analysis and create “To-Be” blueprint documentation.

4. Design and customize user-defined fields (UDFs), user-defined tables (UDTs), and User Defined Objects (UDOs).

Technical Skills:

1. Core Modules: Expert-level knowledge of Finance (G/L, AR/AP, Banking, Fixed Assets), Inventory, and Production.

2. Data Tools: Proficiency in Data Transfer Workbench (DTW) for mass data imports.

3. Querying: Strong HANA SQL skills to write stored procedures, views, and triggers.

4. Reporting: Advanced proficiency in Crystal Reports (Formula fields, Parameters, Sub-reports).

5. Alerts & Workflows: Ability to set up Approval Procedures, Alerts, and UI API customizations (Basic).

6. Develop and maintain dashboards using SAP B1 Analytics (HANA).

7. Troubleshoot system errors, performance issues, and integration glitches.

Functional Skills:

1. Functional knowledge of accounting principles (Local Taxation, GAAP, IFRS)



as they relate to ERP.

2. Knowledge of Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Manufacturing processes.

3. Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications for implementation.

Soft Skills:

1. Analytical Thinking: Ability to dissect complex business problems and offer scalable solutions.

2. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with C-level executives and end-users.

3. Project Management: Experience of managing timelines, documentation, and scope. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.

Experience:

1. Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in SAP Business One Implementation and support.

2. Must have completed at least 3-4 full-cycle SAP B1 implementations.

3. Hands-on experience with SAP B1 on HANA.

Preferred (Bonus) Skills:

1. Knowledge of SAP Analytics.

2. Knowledge of S/4 HANA core modules (FICO,MM, or SD), SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and the Universal Journal (ACDOCA) architecture.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
