Senior Accountant

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage financial operations efficiently.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CMA qualified or equivalent qualified accounting qualification.
- Experience working in an Audit Firm is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, VAT, and compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Minimum experience required for a Senior Accountant position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and management accounts.
- Handle bookkeeping, reconciliations,



and month-end/year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, VAT, taxation, and statutory regulations.
- Monitor budgets, cash flow, expenses, and overall financial performance.
- Coordinate with external auditors and support audit engagements.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist management with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Preferred Qualifications:

- CMA qualification or equivalent professional accounting certification.
- Previous experience in an Audit Firm.
- Experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
