Position: HR Cum MIS Executive
Experience: 3+ Years
Locations: Kila Raipur, Punjab & Kishangarh, Rajasthan (Separate openings for both locations)

Role Summary:

We are looking for an HR & MIS Executive who can independently manage HR operations, statutory compliance, employee coordination, and MIS reporting at the assigned location. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working closely with site employees while acting as the key HR point of contact between the location and the Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day HR operations at the assigned location.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave, and manpower records.
- Ensure statutory compliance and maintain all HR documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding, employee records, and HR administration.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Track manpower data and generate reports for management.
- Coordinate regularly with the Head Office for HR operations, compliance, payroll inputs, employee updates, and other administrative requirements.




- Act as the primary point of contact between the site and the Head Office to ensure smooth communication and timely execution of HR activities.
- Ensure timely submission of reports while maintaining data accuracy.

Required Skills:

- 2.5+ years of experience in HR Operations and Compliance.
- Hands-on experience in MIS reporting using Microsoft Excel.
- Positive knowledge of statutory compliances and HR documentation.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic formulas).
- Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently at a site location.
- Graduate or MBA in HR/Personnel Management.
- Experience in the logistics, transportation, warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial sector will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
