About the Role

Infinity Crest Group Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting operations, GST filing, bookkeeping, and financial record management. Candidates with strong analytical skills and knowledge of accounting software are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
- Prepare and manage purchase, sales, payment, and receipt vouchers.
- Handle GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and ensure statutory compliance.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices, quotations, and payment follow-ups.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Maintain accurate records of TDS, GST, and other tax-related documents.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants (CA)



for financial reporting and compliance.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of GST filing and accounting principles.
- Experience with Tally Prime/ERP, accounting software, and MS Excel.
- Valuable understanding of TDS, GST, bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Ability to prepare MIS reports and maintain financial documentation.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in B.Com, M.Com, BBA (Finance), MBA (Finance), or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or taxation.
- Hands-on experience in GST filing is mandatory.
