Position Summary

Dynamic Prestress Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support daily administrative operations, documentation, SAP data entry, production support, and departmental coordination in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities Back Office & Administration

- Handle day-to-day back office and administrative activities.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Ensure proper filing and document control.

Data Entry & Documentation

- Make production-related entries in SAP.
- Prepare Delivery Challans and GRN entries.
- Update Daily Goods Issue transactions in SAP.
- Maintain production, dispatch, and inventory records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using MS Excel.

Coordination & Support

- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Dispatch, and Quality departments.




- Assist management with administrative tasks.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Educational Qualification

- 12th Pass (HSC) / Diploma / Graduate (Any Discipline)

Experience

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Back Office, Administration, Data Entry, Documentation, or Production Support.
- Manufacturing industry experience and SAP knowledge will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & Outlook).
- Basic knowledge of SAP.
- Good typing speed and data entry accuracy.
- Knowledge of Delivery Challans, GRN, and production documentation.
- Positive communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
