Job Overview
We are hiring Telecalling Executives for our travel team. The role involves handling customer calls, promoting travel packages, and converting leads into bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Promote travel packages, holiday deals, and travel-related services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful bookings.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/database regularly.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and experienced both.
- Positive communication in Hindi and/or English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Telecalling/sales experience preferred (freshers welcome).Target-oriented and positive attitude.
