Professor Academy, a leading competitive exam coaching institute established in 2016, is expanding its creative team. We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer in Madurai who is passionate about visual storytelling, branding, digital marketing, and leading innovative design initiatives.

If you have strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, AI-powered design tools, and Video Editing, along with the ability to mentor junior designers and deliver high-quality creative campaigns, this is an excellent opportunity to grow with one of South India's quick-expanding education brands.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative designs for digital and print marketing campaigns.

2. Design high-impact social media creatives, Instagram posts, Facebook advertisements, YouTube thumbnails, LinkedIn posts, and website banners.

3. Develop brochures, flyers, prospectuses, banners, standees, presentations, and other marketing collateral.

4. Maintain and strengthen the company's visual identity and branding across all platforms.

5. Create compelling visual concepts for student engagement, admissions campaigns, events, and promotional activities.

6. Edit and produce professional promotional, educational, and brand videos.

7. Leverage AI-powered design tools for image generation, background removal, creative enhancement, automation, and workflow optimization.

8. Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Academic, Admissions, and HR teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.

9. Review creative work to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.

10. Stay updated with emerging design trends,



digital marketing strategies, and AI-powered creative technologies.

11. Mentor and guide junior graphic designers while ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Required Skills

1. Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

2. Strong working knowledge of Canva and CorelDRAW (added advantage).

3. Experience in creating high-converting social media marketing creatives.

4. Strong video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Filmora, or equivalent software.

5. Hands-on experience with AI design tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Midjourney, and other generative AI platforms.

6. Excellent understanding of branding, typography, colour theory, layout principles, and visual communication.

7. Good knowledge of digital marketing trends and performance-driven creative design.

8. Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, multitasking, and time management skills.

9. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Eligibility

1. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Graphic Design.

2. Prior experience in the education industry is preferred.

3. Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital marketing, social media campaigns, and video editing projects.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
