Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the complete Accounts & Finance function of the company.
- Lead and supervise the Accounts team, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of financial activities.
- Review and approve accounting journal entries, invoices, and financial transactions.
- Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, vendor billing, and payment processing.
- Manage GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Perform and review bank reconciliations and manage all banking-related activities.
- Coordinate with banks for transactions, documentation, and financial requirements.
- Lead internal and external audits and ensure audit compliance.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and support budgeting and financial planning.
- Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records, bills, vouchers, and financial documents.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting,



or Finance (CA Inter/CMA/MBA Finance is an added advantage).
- 6–10 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, with team handling experience.
- Solid knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, and statutory compliances.
- Mandatory hands-on experience in Tally.
- Mandatory experience in Auditing (Internal & Statutory).
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliations, and banking operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting processes.
- Ability to independently handle the company's complete accounts and finance operations.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
